Video Nightmare - Please HELP

I (stupidly) set my monitor resolution so low I can't see the full screen to "APPLY" new setting. Your help greatly appreciated!!

P.S. Couldn't get it to change in safe mode.

Just press enter, either once or twice depending on how you are set up
