    Video card for home user

Hi I am fixing up a new PC using P3 1Ghz 133Mhz, 256 Mb SDRAM and am looking for a display card to go along with this configuration. There is no special gaming needs, any recommendation out there?

what will you be mostly doing with this computer? if you arent going to be playing very many games (if any) and spend most of your time in a 2d enviroment, ie photoshop etc, get a matrox g450 or the newer g550. the matrox cards are renowned for their 2d output quality.

if your just using the comp for the net, some 2d and some games i suggest you get a geforce 2 mx 400. its a pretty good low cost all around card
