They don't do anything about it. Even 3Dmark2001 is riddled with fake scores. People can only complain, but the moderators/admins never remove the scores. It's a real pain in the *** when you have a top score, but there's a false one in the ORB and it's higher than yours so you really can't reach the #1 spot.
