no 89mhz agp bus for my videocard?

does 89mhz is too much for my Diamond Monster Fusion 16mb agp?

When I set my fbs to 133mhz, instead of 100mhz, I can play quake 3 for about 1 minute, then it locks up. I notice that the chip on my video card gets very hot, so is that the problem? Will Artic Silver II help?

Sounds like it. Older AGP cards can't handle out of spec AGP buses like the newer ones can. Any GeForce or Radeon will be just fine.
