    SyncMaster955df

    All the letters and numbers are Digitized, that is i can see every letter and number divided into about 12 segments.
    Resolution is 1162 x 864, and the video card is GeForce 2MX. This is a 19" monitor i thought things would be better than this. Is there something i can do?

    It's not as bad but it's still there.

    look I don't care what the reviews say. this monitor just doesn't display text evenly. The shadow mask on the on it is tighter in the middle than the ends so one the ends there are more pixels between...I hated it and took it back. I payed a little extra for this sony e 400 but the image quality is much better than that samsung

    Did you try to adjust the settings in the monitor menus. I have the 700IFT and the picture is just plain beautiful. The only difference is that I got it before Samsung's quality control went to ****.
