geForce2 mx?

I planning to change my old V3:2000 to 3d Blaster Annihilator2mx.Is it worth buying this for my next upgrade since is only $120.

My sys: FICsd11-m/b classic Athlon800mhz.
256mb ram:SB-live val.

Would this work in my system without a prob?
Cause I remember back then when Viper550 wont work good with AMD-K6-2 w/FIC m/b.

Got AGP... Then Get the MX... Sure about Creative? Nothing agaisnt CL but my Hercules as beaten all that... she has DDR, but a 64Bits botleck, while the SDR as 128Bits, and more o.c. capabilities (i guess!).

Can push it to 215/205 no problems...
