something creepy about 3dmark2001

What's this thing about not being able to run the nature part in 3Dmark2001??

I (still) own a voodoo3 and it is able to run it!...(soon to be Radeon though)

Gomez Addams: I meant just what you said, but in another words. This year games will use DX8. Therefore, 3dmark2001 gives you a benchmark of dx8 performance, and therefore gives you an idea of how your computer will do this year games.
