help with WinFast GeForce2 GTS

i recently purchase a WinFast GeForce2 GTS 32 meg video card. i am trying to set up win2k server but it doesnt want to work. i get to install the drivers and when i reboot to get the screen where i login into the os. my monirot star flikering like crazy. i know the card work cause i have dual boot system. it run fine in win98 second edition.
i also use nvidia drivers and the samething happen.

my system is:
dual bp6 overclock to 550
396 meg of ram

any help will be apreciate it. thank you.

the nvidia drivers are you d/l the one for win2k??
cause they are diff from the win98,me versions

yes, i download the win2k one. after installing and rebooting the computer, my monitor just flicker. i get a black screen..
