The Radeon 64 DDR vivo retail (that I just bought) has 183DDR (i.e. 366) memory, whereas I've seen OEM versions of the card for about 3/4 of the price, but with 166DDR (i.e. 333) memory. ATI's website has a vague warning that OEM specs may vary from the retail cards. The situation is the same for Nvidia's OEM vs retail cards, too.
I did read one reviewer stating that overclocking the Radeon (both the GPU and its memory) had less effect on overall speed than he'd expected. Presumably that means that the OEM cards aren't that much worse than the retail ones.
