Displaying Settings??

Hi

i was wondering in the Display Properties... Settings
should i put it on Adapter Default or Optimal??

i have a P3-800EB
with 256 meg ram 133
and a Leadtek Geforce2 GTS 32meg
if you need to know anythin else
just ask

Go with Optimal.

Set it manually.

Use PowerStrip or a similar utility.

But don't set it higher than the maximum refresh rate your card and monitor supports.
