MICRON, VOODOO3 3K CONFLICT!!!!!

I am working on a Micron Millenia EX machine with a god forbidden onboard Intel video. I am trying to install a Voodoo3 3000 AGP video card. I have disabled all onboard video options in the bios. I even deleted everything and anything related to the Intel video drivers. It works fine for awhile but Intel will kick in out of nowhere and mess things up. There are no Jumpers or anything to disable it for good. What's the deal?????

Only suggestion that I can come up with is to update the BIOS, if applicable. It obviously should not be doing that if you had disabled it in the CMOS.
