    Performance HELP ME please

    Just installed win2k professionel ed. My 3dmark score just dropped from aprox. 5000 to aprox. 3000. EEEEEK !

    I tried disabling the ACPI as it said in the Geforce FAQ but that made things even worse :-(

    I want my ol' performance from win98se back +/- 300 3dmarks.

    What to do what to do ??? Please give me some hints.

    My specs are
    PIIIE 700 MHz CPU
    128MB SD100 ram
    Geforce DDR
    SBLive
    IBM Deskstar 27GB

    3DMark is biased towards Win 98. That's partially b/c Win98 is much more of a gaming OS than Win2000. So, I have no tips for you, just a simple explanation.
