Need a good vcard with TV OUT, any suggestions?

I have a DVD player and a ton of VCD's. My 32 meg TNT2 aint that great and I really want TV out. I was thinking of getting a GeForce 1 with tv out. Is there anything better that isnt too much more money.

I'm looking to spend no more than $120

I have a Asus V6800 GeForce DDR deluxe with a video out(RCA and S-video) and video in(RCA)and the T.V. picture is great, and i use the RCA out not even the S-video. If you have cable T.V. you might need a ground breaker if you hook your PC video out into one of your other T.V. inputs. You might get lines on your regular T.V. picture once your PC is hooked up, if you do get a fraound breaker, they're $6 at Radio Shack.

Get either a matrox rainbow, a win-tv or maybe just any ATI card with video output.

Nvidia is good with 3d, but it is not famouse for video playing.
