Actually I personally own a GeForce V6600 Deluxe, and it's really great because it has video-in/video-out. Oh and it is SDR.
In term of pure speed, I would bet V7100 is faster (my girlfriend has one and it's really great too for the price).
Maybe you should consider the V6800 DDR Deluxe !
Spend a few more bucks and get the Asus V6800 GeForce 256 DDR deluxe. It also has T.V in and outs but it's a 32 meg DDR card not SDR like the V6600. I have the V6800 and love the card, i installed it back in August of 2000 and never had a problem, it just hums away and does it's thing. Go for the GeForce 256 DDR over the MX, the 256 DDR is faster still.
One more thing, you can overclock the V6800 through the Asus tweak utility with the push of a button. I've had it up to 145 mhz without a problem, keep in mind it's a DDR card too so you're screaming along.
