New voodoo5 drivers please help

ok i downloaded the newest drivers but i have 2 setup.exe file on in the main directory and the other in the driver9x!
Which setup should i use?

Use the one in the main directory.

That downloaded stuff is not nearly as straightforward as installing from the disc you get with the card.

What is the difference between the main and the sub directory setup.exe?
