nVidia now or later

I currently own a VooDoo3 and TNT2ultra, I am thinking about going to a GeForce2 GTS, but don't want a new chip to come out 3 months later. Has anyone heard or know anything about the next nvidia Card or chip. I have found a little about nv20 and nv25, but other than these codenames, I know nothing else. Anyone know a good site to learn more about upcoming nvidia graphics cards and GPU's, and does anyone expect to see a new card in the next 5 months. Let me know and thanks in advance.
