I just added 2 voodoo 2's sli to my geforce mx. unreal torns main screen is streaked with pink in the options. the game also plays partially bright pink. Im using all the latest drivers and direct X 8. Any Ideas?
I once had a similar problem with a Voodoo2 SLI setup.
The Voodoo2 SLI can handle a resolution of 1024x768 at 16bit color depth. But if you choose to use the 24 bit internal filtering (a feature of the Voodoo2 to reduce color banding, activated by some registry key), you will get these pink lines. The same would happen with one Voodoo2 at 800x600 x 24bit.
Proposed solution (worked for me):
Go back to 800x600 (x24 internally)
Remove/change the 24bpp(bit per pixel) registry key (forgot exact name/location)
