Adaquate Resources...still have AVI's that flicker..

Greetings,
I have managed to tweak the codecs enough to allows for a much more desirable picture however still not the desired picture. I have resolved that with ample amount of resources, and having extensively tweaked the codecs...it acts like a buffer array thing, or perhaps a video card defictiency(spelling!) could be the culprit, however I will entertain any ideas,comments , any helpis greatly appreciated!!! :-)

So what codec are you actually using? Or is this a general problem you're having accross all codecs? If so, perhaps it is your video card.

Perhaps give us the details of what card you're running, what software to view the .AVI's (I assume Media Player) and so on.
