Chances of these not working together?

I will be getting a G2 GTS soon (christmas) unless something better comes out and I was wondering, what are the chances of the G2 GTS not working with my system?

Abit KA7
Athlon 700@800
300-watt PSU
128megs o' ram

I mean it works in games, and everything? What are the chances of it not working with my system? Cause I'm ordering it off the internet and I dont want to have to send it back and then also pay the %15 restocking fee.

Also, my mobo is one of the early ones, so I know it will have the cold boot problem, are there any other problems I should be aware of?

It means that he just bought the card and it's not working properly so he threw it out and make the ^Bump^ sound.... hehe don't really know. As for the previous question Ruffian yes the card should work with your system as long as it's at AGP1X. Perhaps you can get it working at 2x but i am not really sure since my GF2 only work at 1X with my K7M, which use irongate chipset instead of KX133.
