Problem With Ati TV Wonder, need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After I install the drivers for the card Windows reboots the computer and after that reboot the card is detected and I run the Multimedia Center it runs great, but upon another reboot, the software fales to pick up the tunar only allowing composite and S-Video input. I've reformatted my harddrive, re-installed Win98 twice, Whats the Problem Please Help!!!!!!!!

One more thing has anyone tried VoodooTV, if so is it anygood.
