Basically, these pages show you a tweak to put on the latest V5 drivers on your V3. Apparantly, they lack support for old legacy games (or something) and hence speed up the drivers. People are claiming a 50% increase in speed, without a loss in video quality.

Some people can't get it to work though (read the links). It's my thought that either Win98SE or Win98FE might not let you do it - i.e. this tweak only works on one of them. Far from certain though.

I'm downloading the drivers now.
