Video Capture Card for NT 4.0

Hello! Looking for an inexpensive video capture card that will allow me to connect a camcorder to the computer and then with software allow me to save still pics in .jpg format.

It's a pentium 166 with 96megs of ram and service pack 6

Any ideas? (other then a new computer!)

Just get a generic bt848/849 cap card. i think www.computergeeks.com has some for $16 and a monster one for $79
