Weird monitor problem

hey all, i got this really weird problem with the bottom of my screen.
ok well like when i use my computer, the taskbar or whatever is at the bottom, will seem smaller, when i move the taskbar up the top, the tray icons will get bigger, but when i move it back down it ll get small again, what is up with that??

I had a similar problem on an old 14" monitor. The alignment was never right, and things on the edges were displayed out of alignment. Try fiddling with the monitor controls on the front (or back) if it's really that annoying. Otherwise leave it, I broke my old monitor when a switch on the back broke, making the problem worse.

yea i guess, but it just like totally gives me the $hit$
i m gonna ring the repairer today and tell him to fix it again, i m sick of going to his damm office its like 20 minutes away
thanks though hehe and what is it anyway? you think that they could make monitors that work properly eh?
