A7V vs PCTV Rave

Some of you might remember my post about A7V stabilty problems, I ripped out my soundcard (Diamond Sonic Impact S90) and put a Live player 1024 in allong with a AMD approved 300W psu. But since that trade my system reboots upon starting the Pinnacle Systems PCTV Rave software, all of it, text, vision, all (newest software). The reboot is like pushing the reset button. Does anyone has any idea? (also VIA 4-in-1 4.24)
btw the system is rock stable in games except when shutting down windows i get an protectionerror.

Nope, norton but I didn't change the software configuration and it worked before...
