is this card any good???

I was looking through the Dell catalog and noticed that they put this card in lots of their systems: 32MB NVIDIA TNT2 M64 4X AGP. Is that a decent card, as I find it on pricewatch for under $100. Or would I be better off just getting myself a Voodoo3 2000 or 3000.

Also another question on that 32MB card. If you were to get that one, which manufacturer would it be best to buy from? I noticed that there were several offering a card like that.
