    High color(32bit) display!

Does the 32 and 16 bit displays use more resourses than 256 colors?

    System specs:
    Windows 98 1st ed,
    750 T-bird, 900MHZ CORE, Golen orb, FSB=110, CPU=850MHZ
    Asus K7M, 1009 bios
    300W Topower PS
    Diamond speedster 16meg A90 x2
    192 meg Muskin 133mhz rev 1.5 7.5ns
    Maxtor 10gig /66.
    and two hard boiled eggs.

    Thanks.

    Yes

With 32bit being the highest, thats why 32bit benchmarking/gaming is a lot slower than 16bit.
Things will always look better in 32bit colour, cos thats as many as what the human eye can distinguish.
