Please help a newbie, Voodoo 4 4500 or GeForce2 MX?

Hi,

I am wanting to buy a new video card, a relatively cheap one if possible. So I decided to buy
a Voodoo 4 4500 APG or GeForce2 MX. I have heard that the Voodoo 4 costs more but a lot faster and has much more features than GeForce2 MX.
The purpose for this new card is just to enhance my gaming experience (usually with Driving game and RTS) while I don't want the top video card since they cost too much.
So I would like to hear your opinion as to which card I should buy. I am currently using a P3 450 (no overclock) with a 8MB ATI Xpert 98. Or is my CPU not up to the standard of using these cards yet?

Another thing is that, are the GeForce 2 GTS or Voodoo 5 5500 really worth buying? I am not living in US and a 32MB GF2 GTS in here costs $800 which is about $US450. A 64MB Voodoo 5 5500 costs $950, that is about $US530. I think these cards are way too much for me to afford.
The price for a GeForce2 MX is $370 ($US210) and Voodoo 4 4500 is $600 ($US330). Is the extra $120 really worth it for a Voodoo 4 4500?

hmm you say $800 for g-force2 i think i can send you one for about $700 hehe ok so i'm joking but if that was up to me i'd go with g-force2. now that i think about it i'd go with tnt2 over any voodoo
