I have a Toshiba Satellite335CDS. It had received a drop and the screen is almost blackened. Could there be a connector dislodged? If so, how do I enter into the case to check? Is this a major problem? Will the monitor need to be replaced? Are the LCD screens prone to this problem? Pelase help!

If it's still under warranty then don't tell 'em you dropped it, just complain the screen has gone black If it isn't it doesn't sound too good as most laptops don't like to be dropped DD.
