Monitor driver problem

I have a Nokia 446XS monitor, and when I changed to Windows Millennium Edition, the driver doesnt work anymore.

I just get an "unknown monitor". It doesn't really matter, but it sucks to not have a perfect device list

Does anyone know what to do?

Is there not a Win Me specfic inf for your monitor? (although in theory it shouldn't need a specfic one) I looked in the win98se inf for Nokia and there is no mention of a 446Xs, just about everything else 446 though.

Try Nokia's site for a inf download and change the monitor in the display props pointing it to your new inf file.

I had this at first with a Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 720 and even the Mitsubishi Inf didn't help because there wasn't a specfic file for the 720.

I use my good ol' win98 inf, but no luck. Color profile doesn't work either....

BTW the 446xs is a 19'' shortneck model. I think they only manufacture a model called 446pro now.
