    best capture card

    I need a capture card for displaying streaming video on the web. What's the best? I heard ATI is really good. I am running NT and would like to get 30 frames per second. Also I will be running Windows Streaming Media Manager.

    ATI All-in-one 32MB ...orr get All-in-one RADEON but its little expensive
