Everytime I've ever called Hewlett-Packard's tech support number they've told me I had to take my machine down. Is this the "automatic" answer?

ha ha hahahahahaa Thanks for everyone's help in my video card delimma. I'm shuttin' her down and pullin' her guts out. Then I'm gettin' her loaded.... Then it'll be motion city (provided the video card works)
