    Voodoo 5500 Question...

Can someone help me here, are there Windows NT or Windows 2000 drivers available for the 5500 or not? I've check 3DFX's site and there's nothing. I find it hard to believe there aren't Win2000 drivers at the very least.

    Regards.

I think it ships with Windows 98 and NT drivers and 2000 drivers should be out soon (2-3 weeks).

I hear there are some very beta drivers for Windows 2000, but I don't know more. I don't use Windows 2000. I guess you could try the drivers section on www.3dfxgamers.com and see if you can find anything there.

Old post, but if anyone happens to look for it -the 5500 comes with drivers for 95/98. The 3dfx site has beta 2000 drivers, but I have heard nothing about NT -which does suck.

Yes in fact there are Win2k drivers for the V5 5500. I downloaded them from Reactor Critical and they work great with my Win2k setup.

    Sincerely,
