Voodoo 3 3500

I'm looking for better 2D and 3D.
And TV tuner/out

Is the Voodoo 3 3500 still worth getting?
Any problems warnings?

Is the ATI all-in-wonder 128 any good?

Hay I have a v3 3500 and man does it rock. my only prob is that is running on a p2 233 and has 66fsb.it is VARY good in 3d game but what I got it for was the mpeg2 video encoding .the only thing mine will not do well is the mpeg but I an upgrading soon.
