I am building a computer for myself right now, and I am trying to get an ASUS V6800 Pure 32MB to work with an ABIT KA7 w/ 800 Athlon. In Windows 98 SE, I can get the card to work (not coming up disabled or unfound) but only running 640X480 at all color depths. I can't change the resolution. What should I try next.
Make sure you reveryt back to a "standard VGA" graphics card before you try installing a new card. This could be the problem. Make sure that you are using the ASUS drivers as well.. just to get the thing working.. and mostly read through this discussion group because you will find the answer in here somewhere!
