    Athlon, Asus K7M, and Windows

    Damn't I have an athlon 700 clocked at 800 with 196mbs of RAM, and my Diamond Stealth S540 clocked around 200mhz. Everything in the gaming is fine except that ever since I updated the BIOS Windows 98 hasn't loaded in less than 5 minutes.

    It is driving me crazy. I don't know what to do. I've Emailed and Emailed Asus and AMD but they haven't emailed me back. It's been 4 days. I hate this. Please Help!

    Currently playing; Crysis, Just Cause 2, Alien Swarn, Borderlands, and Starcraft 2.

    There is nothing wrong with your hardware, unless you broke something while overclocking.


    Go into your BIOS and load the high performance defaults.
