TNT2 NONultra problem

I bought a Viper V770 32mb AGP but in games such as SWAT3 , Kingpin , Midtown Madness and in the Demo of SoF,i have got about 1 frame in 10 seconds .
Before this I had a 3D Blaster Savage4 and that one worked just fine.
Please help me with this!!!
I've got a Celeron 433 with 32mb RAM.(I know, I should buy more but I haven't got the money for it)

Which Drivers are you using? you may wanna try the Detonator Drivers, if you are using the Drivers that came with the Card.

I downloaded the newest drivers from diamondmm.com but I think even if my drivers were too old I should be getting more than 1 frame in 10 seconds.

Its your ram. 32 is the requirement for today's games, and 128 is recommended. When you have the money to upgrade, the first thing you should buy is at least 64 or 96 megs of ram.
