Q3 Arena & GeForceDDR (Massively bad image quality)
I just installed a new mobo (Abit BF-6) because my old mobo (Asus P3B-F) was crashing all the time in Direct 3D games. Now that I have the new mobo, Unreal and all my D3D games are great, but now Quake 3 Arena is really screwed up (it was fine with the same config on tthe Asus board).
The screen textures are flashing and flickering wildly and sometimes it looks like looking thru broken glass, its completely unplayable.
I have tried 64 and 128 AGP aperature, 3.68 creative and nvidia drivers, 3.77 leaked drivers, all sorts of openGL settings.
Does anyone know what this is about, i assume it has something to do with the motherboard as this is a new problem, and the mobo is the only thing that changed.

Okay...fixed....seems that i neglected to flash the bios on my brand spabking new mobo and it turns out the BIOS was older than dirt.
Flashed the Bios and the problems went away.
woohoo! All my games work at the same time!!!
