what do you think about these frame rates

i have a P3 450, dual voodoo2 sli, 128 ram, and an aureal vortex a3d sound card. my average frames are 29.5 fps. Does that seem kinda low to you? cuz i remember reading review where the voodoo2 sli got like 50 or 60 fps. oh yeah, btw, this is in Unreal Tournament, (the demo)

Well its tough to tell, EXACTLY what resolution were you 2 running UT in??? If slicks27 has it in 640x480 and you have it in 1024x768, then yeah he is going to get more fps. UT is very tough on the system and of course the Voodoo2, even slied is starting to lose its luster. I wouldnt be surprised if all you can get at 1024x768 in UT is around 30 fps. The full game might offer you better optimization than the demo though, its hard to tell.

i was running in 800x600. slicks is just kidding though. I KNOW HIM!!!!! if i should be rEALLY specific, i was running the DEMO level turnbine, at 800x600 with everything on the highest settings. ummmmm... it was a 16 player team deathmatch. i still think it's kinda low...

    actually it aint man
    look at the benchmarks
UT is just a weird game (it is my fav though)
the geforce ddr gets like 29 fps on it
same with the s2k, same with others
    its very odd
and these are in all different resolutions
thought the v3 is the best card for this game, and then the savage2k
