why is my 'DX diagnostic' program in W98 crashing when i run either 'direct 3d/draw' tests? All the dx drivers give me the 'ok' report.Games will not run(but did b4 with my current pc card- V770 ultra).Is it a graphics card problem?

Any ideas would be very much appreciated.
