Video Card That Does It All

I'm looking for a card that I can play games at peak (or close to) performance, watch TV, play games on TV, download video as well as output videos. I'm looking at the Voodoo 3 3500. For about $250 thats a lot of stuff. I need a card that can work in almost any motherboard. I use the Epox MVP3G5, Abit BE6 & II, Biostar M7MKA in most systems. Thanks

The Marvel G400-TV is probably the best one out there. TV, TV-out, Hardware video capture and editing. Real nice card and the performance of The G400 Chip.
