GeForce=SDR vs DDR

I bought my new videocard a month ago(A Creative Labs Annihilator32mbSDRram)but i found out recently that there's a DDR version also,i read that these DDR boards would be a whopping 40% quiker than a SDR board,my question is:should i sell my SDR board and buy a DDR board or is the difference in performance not so high as everybody says,this is really important to me cause i dont want to see my vid. card be the bottleneck in my system(AMD Athlon 500,256MB,pc100sdram,sb LIVE player,QUANTUM Fireball KX 13,2GB/66 ,6x DVD)

Well the performace increase (from what I've read) is not a whopping 40%. It is somewhat less than that.( i think more like 15%) Yes it does give some more performance, but are you willing to pay the extra $100 for a few more fps in Quake III? Isn't 70fps at 1024*768 enough? YOU MAKE THE CALL

Thanx for replying,i think im gonna stick to my SDR board until the NV15 comes on the market(mabe buy an Athlon 1GHZ too).
