Can't enable all of my 200 mhz. frontside bus

I just changed out my K6-3/450 processor and motherboard for an Athlon 500 processor and a SD11 motherboard. The problem is that not all of the 200 mhz. frontside bus is showing up in the start-up. Can't find any help online or in manual. Please help.

The way I understand it, the 200mhz FSB isn't something you enable on the motherboard. The Athlon processor takes the current 100mhz bus and doubles it internally. Thus, when the new 133mhz motherboards are released, the Athlons will run at 266mhz FSB.
