does the asus v3800 deluxe ultra tnt2 run stable at 75 or 83mhz fsb? do i need a special cooling system? when yes, which cooling system is the best and at wich online store i get this system?

It depend. Chec if your pc dont overwarm. If not, Try and if it dont work dont persist because 83 of bus its very dangeourous for the other hardware
