Voodoo 3 2000 - AGP or PCI?

Well I'm seriously concidering buying a 3DFX Voodoo 3 2000 but need some imput on which version to get. I have a free PCI and AGP slot but I can get the PCI version quicker and cheaper. Is there any difference between the AGP and PCI versions of this card?

P.S. System configuration is as follows:
-VIA 503+ motherboard
-AMD K6-2 350 MHZ
-64 MB EDO RAM
-ATI Xpert@Play 98 8mb PCI (replaced by Voodoo 3)

I got a similiar system:
FIC 503+
AMD K62-450
128 megs PC 100 ram
Anyway I got the V3-2000 agp and it works great but the PCI should be just as good.
I get 78fps in Quake2 verses 56fps I got wit the Voodoo2 12meg? Heck if you can get the PCI for less I would go for it.

Oh yeah,forgot to mention, I got it overclocked to 166 like the V3-3000 and is smooth as silk!
