Voodoo 3 2000 then maybe a Viper 550, then a Voodoo 2 12mb. The rest arent worth touching on a celeron chip.

Psychoboy, I need to point out a few technical error u made on your post:

1.3dfx Monster vodoo= is this a Voodoo2?
2.Ati rage pro 32 =no such a thing

I agree with grinspoon, the v3 2000 is going to give you best deal for the money, a ton faster than a regular TNT, and offering the best compatibility for games and the most speed out of the ones you chose. Next I would say the TNT, and then the ATI Rage Fury, this card does run suprisingly good, good 32 bit and decent speed.

Vipper 550 is a 1st generation TNT based card, then 4 GOD's sake how can u rate it ahead of the RAGE FURY, which has 32mb and clocked at higher speed than the TNT.

The best card 4 16-bit rendering speed will be the Voodoo3 2000, followed by the ATI RAGE FURY 32MB with decent 32-bit rendering & good 16-bit rendering, V550 should be rated next to RAGE FURY, then everything else.

Stop your crusade.. are you angry with me because of what I told you in the 2D thread? You made a big mistake and I just pointed it, nothing personal.

The Rage Fury is better than TNT only in specifications, and on the DVD support.. because its 3D OpenGL and Direct3D drivers are full of bugs.. and TNT has the best OpenGL ICD of all cards. And with the newest drivers from nVidia, the performance in 16 bits is better, and in 32 bits is almost equal to ATI.

The original TNT's improvement on 32-bit rendering is due to the newly released Detonator 1.88 driver

The Detonator driver v 1.88 is full of bugs too. Which makes it no better than RAGE 128GL chipset based card, especially 4 those people who own AMD K6-2/3 based system.

I'm pretty new to the whole video card game so please excuse any ignorance.Also thanks for all the in formation,it's really educating me.After gyx's comments on my original post i assumed i made a error in my list by having ATI rage Pro And ATI rage fury
are they the same,non existant or am i missing a important detail.Im sure you have guessed these are all being considered for purchase.I have an ad that claims-
ATI Rage pro agp 128/dvd decoder
and one that says:
ATI RAGE FURY 32MB AGP 128bit TV-out
So i'm confused now!Li'l help?!!
