    What do you mean by not responding? Do you get an error? What is the model of your printer?

    It might me your printer is turned of or the usb cable is disconnected. Make sure the above thing is correct the follow the trouble shoot steps in the website http://123-hpsetup.biz

    Hello,

    Please share the the model number of your printer. So that i can give you the best suggestion.

    You can try this also. Open the control panel from start menu and then go to devices and printers, right click the correct printer to use and set it as the default.
