    Lightbulb Pale Moon 24.7 released

    For those who have switched to Pale Moon due to Firefox changes...

    New this release: Pale Moon 24.7 is a significant update to increase rendering performance of the new engine introduced in 24.6, and additionally adds a few new features, fixes security issues and removes support for Google SafeBrowsing.     I tried it after that last big change in FF, but at least with my package of extensions, it crashed so often I stopped using it.

    As for FF, most of my computers are on ESR now. Some sites won't load, giving a msg that the browser must be updated, but the biggest issue is that FF must be closed and reopened every few days (with the same load of too many tabs) because it's slowed to a crawl. Probably memory usage, but it did not do this a few years ago. I've read (it might have been here) that the memory issue might be due to Adblock.

    One of the reasons I switched over to Pale Moon.
    No issues with it so far but likely due to different extensions then yours.
