There are a heap of programs that let you overclock your V2, the only problem is that you can't go very far without some cooling. Sure, you can overclock it, but it ain't gonna work without a fan or heatsink or both... then there is even more serious cooling available which lets you push the card even further.

I OC'd my VooDoo 2's (SLI) and there was only a marginal increase in FPS.....
