Recommended quiet yet cheap PS for overclocking

Would you recommend a quiet (important) and yet cheap power supply which I can use also for overclocking ?

My motherboard is an ASUS P5Q with Core 2 Quad Q8200 which I want to overclock from 2.33Ghz to 3.0-3.2Ghz. I use at least two hard disks, DVD and a bunch of Firewire and USB externals... My old PS has gone defected, and I believe it was due to the overclocking I used for the past 6 months.

    Thanks !

If you shop around, you might be able to find a Corsair 650tx for around $90.00. These are very silent, and have excellent quality.

Yep, another vote for TX 650. Had one in a system since 2008 running 24/7 as a file server with 24 hdds. Gave up the ghost a few months before the warranty expired, 16.00 shipping and I got a new one via RMA Even if it had died after warranty I would still not be bothered, 5yrs basically 24/7 under constant use in a hot environment is good in my book.

By the way, what does BTW stand for?

It is better to be tried by 12, than carried by 6.
