Thumbs up [RESOLVED] Screen all tweaked out

I have a Dell D630 and when I turn it on now I get a double multicolored screen. I do get a normal startup though. I am guessing an inverter. I can post a picture of it, at least I will try. Does this seem like an inverter? I hope the pictures come into this thread.

    Hi Jonny b,

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.

As per the picture provided, this is not an issue with the inverter.
This could be either with the graphics card or the LCD Monitor. I would suggest you to connect another monitor to the system and verify the functionality.

If the second monitor works fine, the issue is with the LCD monitor.
If the second monitor also gives the same error, then you will need to replace the graphics card.

I did connect to another monitor. It was OK. Now something that I did was to disable the Nvidia card and now the screen looks good. So Windows7 has a generic graphic driver it's using. I can even go up in Resolution too. Putting in the screen though and trying to screw things in I think that I popped the backlight. So now I have just ordered a new screen. I will get this soon.
    Thanks
